Tajna dobrog i punog okusa se krije u integralnom brašnu koje se koristi u umjesto običnog, bijelog brašna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Za ovaj recept su potrebne slijedeće namirnice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;125 g maslaca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;30 g vanil šećera u prahu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;12 žlica integralnog (graham) brašna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;6 žlica šećera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;2 žlice meda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;1/2 šalice sjeckanih oraha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;1 šalica sjeckanih suhih grožđica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;1 žlicica praška za pecivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;50 g čokolade&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Pjenasto umutiti maslac, dodati vanil šećer i šećer, te miješati mikserom dok se šećer ne rastopi. Ulijte malo mlake vode i mikserom (nastavkom za miješanje) promiješajte. Dodajte ulje, promiješajte mikserom i na kraju dodajte vodu da dobijete kompaktnu smjesu koja nije ni previše mekana, a ni previše tvrda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(51, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Miješajte mikserom barem 5 minuta dok se tijesto bne poveže i ne počne odvajati od stijenki posude. Po potrebi dodajte još malo brašna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(51, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Dobivno tijestio istresite na pobrašnjenu podlogu i još malo (minutu ili dvije) mijesite rukama. Vratite u posudu, pokrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom da se diže (dok se ne udvostruči - barem 60 minuta)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vaLL3IQgZ54/Tag0byoVaBI/AAAAAAAABQA/rjrqKWwGoh0/s1600/kruh1.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vaLL3IQgZ54/Tag0byoVaBI/AAAAAAAABQA/rjrqKWwGoh0/s400/kruh1.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5595780189059901458" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(51, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Nabujalo tijesto istresite na pobrašnjenu podlogu i ponovo ga premijestite, te ga stavite u željeni kalup (ja koristim duguljasti kalup za kruh koji premažem uljem)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(51, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Kruh pokrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom da ponovo naraste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=" color: rgb(51, 0, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Pećnicu ugrijte na 200 C (nakon 10 minuta smanjite na 180 C) i stavite nabujalo tijesto. Izrazito je ukusna i zdrava, te sadrži vitamine A, C, D i E. Proteini gljiva imaju sličan sastav proteinima životinjskog porijekla, pa se preporučuju i u vegeterijanskoj prehrani.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I zato nema jednostavnijeg recepta od ovog kojeg ću pokazati u današnjem postu. Jednostavno, jeftino, ukusno i zdravo - slobodno mogu reći - pravi gurmanski užitak, a potrebno je slijedeće:&lt;br /&gt;                                     &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sastojci :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500g bukovača&lt;br /&gt;srednja  glavica luka&lt;br /&gt;3 češnja češnjaka&lt;br /&gt;1/2 vezice peršina&lt;br /&gt;1 žlica krušnih  mrvica&lt;br /&gt;1/2 dl maslinovog  ulja&lt;br /&gt;sol, papar&lt;br /&gt;malo    ljute papričice                                                                                                             &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;1. Operite i osušite bukovače, te ih razrežite na manje komade (ovisno od  veličine gljiva - razrežite ih na pola ili na četvrtine). Luk i češnjak  sitno isjeckajte, te stavite sa strane. Peršin također isjeckajte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;2. Nauljite vatrostalnu posudu, posložite narezane glive, pomiješajte  sjeckani luk, češnjak i peršin, te malo ljute papričice. Promiješajte,  posolite i popartite po ukusu, te stavite ostatak ulja. Na kraju pospite  krušnim mrvicama.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;3. Pećnicu zagrijte na 200 C te stavite pripremljene bukovače. Pecite ih od  25 do 30 minuta. Ipak, uz malo dobro volje i sivilo može postati šareno, a jedna od mogućnosti je i slijedeći recept.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Štrudla s blitvom i mrkvom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Potrebno je:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;½ kg blitve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;3 srednje mrkve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;1 velika glavica luka ili 2 poriluka&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Vrhnje za kuhanje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Sol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Papar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ljuta paprika&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;2 dl mineralne vode&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Kore za savijače&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Ulje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Prokuhati blitvu. Luk isjeckati sitno i popržiti na ulju, kada usahne dodati naribanu mrkvu, te posoliti i popariti (pri tom ne trebate štedjeti). Ocijediti blitvu i na grubo je isjeći, te je dodati u mješavinu luka i mrkve. Kratko pirjati, te ako je potrebno još začiniti, dodati malo mljevene ljute paprike.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;U zdjeli razmutiti 2 jajeta i pomiješati vrhnje za kuhanje (ili kiselo vrhnje). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Odvojiti kore za savijače i staviti prvu koru na krpu, premazati je vrhnjem i jajima i posuti je s mješavinom blitve i mrkve, na to staviti drugu koru i ponoviti postupak. Možete staviti tri, četiri kore - jednu na drugu. Savijene štrudle staviti u nauljenu tepsiju, te ih prerezati (svaku) okomito na četiri dijela (kao kad režete savijaču). U ostatak vrhnja i jaja dodati mineralnu vodu, malo ulja i još malo soli, te promiješati. Ako ste spretni i hrabri, možete je i samo izraditi - a ako tu hrabrost (poput mene) ostavljate za neke sunčanije dane - poslužit će i gotove šurle. Svaki, malo bolji trgovački centar, nudi pristojan izbor ove tjestenine, a cijene nisu neprimjerene.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Za ovaj jednostavan recept potrebno je slijedeće:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;200 g suhe tjestenine šurle&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;300 g blitve&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;4 češnja češnjaka&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;1/2 dl maslinovog ulja&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;sol, papar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;parmezan po želji&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;U većem loncu prokuhati blitvu (ako je blitva mlada, dovoljno je da je  blanširate). Blitvu ocijediti i usitniti štapnim mikserom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Zakuhati vodu i dodati 1 kuhaču krupne soli i tjesteninu. Napraviti rupu u sredini te istresti nabujali kvasac. Promiješati kuhačom i dosuti mlake vode po potrebi. Nakon vode usuti malo ulja. Umijesiti malo mekanije tijesto nego za kruh. No da, pita od kelja...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Sastojci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;300 g kelja&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;6 listova za savijaču&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;150 g feta sira&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;2 jajeta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;sol, papar, ulje&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;2 žlice jogurta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Kelj prokuhati u posoljenoj vodi, ocijediti ga i ostaviti da se malo ohladiti. Nauljiti okruglu posudu za pečenje i ugrijati pećnicu na cca 180 C. Prokuhani kelj kratko izmiksati štapnim mikserom , umiješati 1 jaje, feta sir i malo soli i papra - dobro promiješati. Posebno umutiti jedno jaje i 2 žlice jogurta. Stvaiti prvi koru u nauljeni kalup  (posudu za pečenje) i premazati mješavinom jogurta i jaja (kora će dijelom viriti van iz kalupa). Na to staviti poprijeko drugu koru i također je namazati. Isto ponoviti sa slijedeće dvije kore.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;U podlogu od četiri namazane kore istresti mješavinu kelja i feta sira. Poklopiti s dvije kore, premazati još jajetom i jogurtom, te pokriti do kraja sa korama što vire iz kalupa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Peći cca 30 minuta. color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Za I. kremu (donju žutu) umutiti žumance sa  šećerom i brašnom i ukuhati u provrelo  mlijeko-dobro miješati da se ne  stvore grudice.Kad se ohladi, sjediniti smjesu  sa 125g margarina -  umutiti mikserom.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Za II.kremu (čokoladnu)l, umutiti  mikserom žumanca sa šećerom i kuhati ih na pari - pred  kraj dodati  čokoladu (isjeckanu na manje komadiće da se lakše rastopi). Ugrijati ulje, dodati češnjak, chili (po volji), papar, peršin i sol (ako je potrebno) - promiješati i pustiti da češnjak "zamiriši" (češnjak ne smije zagoriti. Kada se raspadnu dodajte sjeckani češnjak, peršin i chili papričicu. U kipuću vode dodati penne rigate, te promiješati. Nakon minute kuhanja dodati kelj isjeckan na trakice. Kuhati dok se tjestenina ne skuha, te sve zajedno ocijediti. Ostaviti jednu šalicu tekućine od kuhanja tjestenine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Istovremeno kada kuhate penne rigate, u dubljoj tavi ili plićem loncu ugrijete ulje i dodate sjeckani luk. Pirjajte dok se luk ne zazlati, te dodajte mrkvu isjeckanu na sitne kockice. Posolite i popaprite, te pržite još minutu ili dvije, podlijte s vinom i poklopite. Kada vino ispari, podlijte s malo tekućine od kuhanja tjestenine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Pirjajte dok mrkva ne omekša i pri kraju dodajte još malo tekućine od kuhanja tjestenine, umiješajte kuhane penne i kelj, pospite sjeckanim peršinom. Miješatiti mikserom dok se šećer ne rastopi. Dodati cijelo jaje i nastaviti miješati. U kompaktnu smjesu dodavati žlicu po žlicu brašna, usput umiješati prašak za pecivo i kakao - završiti s brašnom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Gotovu smjesu ostaviti u hladnjaku oko 30 minuta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Kada se "odmori" oblikovati kuglice promjera 3 cm, malo ih spljoštiti, te poredati u lim obložen papirom za pečenje. Peći cca 15 minuta na 180 C.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Kada se malo ohlade, umakati do pola u čokoladu glazuru, te po želji u kokosovo brašno ili sjeckane pržene lješnjake. Jednostavan za pripremu, ukusan i zdrav - svakako vrijedan pažnje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Za dvije odrasle osobe potrebno je slijedeće:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;250 g spaghetta (odaberite one koje se dulje kuhaju jer su kvalitetnije)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;1/2 do 1 dcl kvalitetnog maslinovog ulja&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;krupna sol, papar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;6 češnjeva češnjaka&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;chili papričica (količina po volji)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;sjeckani svježi peršin (po volji)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Zakuhajte pošten lonac vode i dodajte manju šaku soli - kada se rastopi dodajte spaghette i skuhajte ih al dente (npr, ako je naznačeno vrijeme kuhanja 10 minuta, provjerite već nakon 6 , 7 minuta, da se ne bi raskuhale)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 51, 51);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;U međuvremenu sitno isjeckajte češnjak i peršin, istucite čili. U većoj tavi ili plitkoj posudi zagrijte maslinovo ulje, dodajte soli (ako je potrebno) i papra, te češnjak i chili papričice. U plićoj posudi ugrijte dvije žlice maslinovog ulja i komadić maslaca/margarina. Popržite luk dok ne postane staklast (a da ne prigori), te dodajte slaninu isjeckanu na komadiće. Kada kapula postane staklasta, dodati papriku(izrezanu na tanje kriške) i bukovače (također izrezane  na listiće). Pošteno promiješati sve sastojke, te posoliti i popapriti .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Kada primjetite da mješavina u tavi počne otpuštati tekućinu podliti s malo bijelog vina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Dok se u tavici dinsta mješavina gljiva i paprika,  pristavite pošten lonac vode, a kada zakipi, staviti dosta (barem 1  žlicu) krupne morske soli, i nakon 30-tak sekundi i pripremljene pužiće.  Kuhati ih koliko je naznačeno na pakiranju...ustvari, kuhajte ih al  dente...što znači da su gotovi onda kada pružaju manji otpor na zagriz.   Tjestenina se kuha neko vrijeme i kad je ocijedite jer je vruća, pa ako  i ostane mrvicu tvrđa, to će se izgubiti u vrelom umaku, a ako je  raskuhate..onda nema spasa...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Prije nego što ocijedite tjesteninu, svakako sačuvajte sa strane 1 šalicu tekućine u kojoj se tjestenina kuhala.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;Umak u tavici je pri kraju, pa prije samog kraja dodajte sjeckanu  rikulu. Veću napunite vodom, a kada zavri, u nju stavite manju (ali ne previše malu, da ne dodruje dno) u koju ste stavili izrezanu čokoladu (i tamnu i mliječnu). Od egipćanki koje su svoje oči mazale šminkom naziva „kohl“ (nastaje mrvljenjem galene, vrsta olovnog sulfida), pa do žena u 19. stoljeću koje su koristile olovni oksid kako bi postigle svjetliju put.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Iako je prvotna namjera kozmetike uljepšavanje, neki njezini sastojci ne pridonose baš tome, čak suprotno – mogu biti štetni i ne vjerujem da bi ih poželjeli imati u svojoj kozmetičkoj torbici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;1. Ulje ostalo od kuhanja&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Znanstveni su, zajedno sa proizvođačima kozmetike otkrili kako se korištenjem otpadnog ulja od kuhanja dobiva određen surfaktant (površinsko aktivna tvar) koji se stavlja u kozmetički preparat, a pomaže pri obnavljanju kože. Ne znam, možda je to dobar način za recikliranje otpadnog ulja iz restorana, no svejedno, ipak zvuči malo degutantno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;2. OC (oleoresin capsicum) ili papar sprej&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Sprej se prvenstveno koristi u samoobrani ili ga primjenjuje sila zakona. U sebi sadrži kapsaicin,sastojak čili papričice, a taj se sastojak također koristi i u kozmetici – izaziva osjećaj peckanja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;3. Moždina iz pilećih kostiju&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Jedan od mnogih životinjskih dijelova koji se koriste u kozmetici. Za moždinu se vjeruje kako je dobra regeneraciju kože, pa se stavlja u različite preparate za ovlaživanje i u kreme za lice.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;4. Riblje ljuske&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Iako ja riblje ljuske povezujem sa čišćenjem riba i onim poznatim vonjem, one se također koriste za kozmetičke proizvode koji svjetlucaju.Znači, lakovi za nokte i ostali preparati koji imaju efekt bisera vjerojatno u sebi sadržavaju riblje ljuske.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;5. Boja od kukca Dactylopius koka&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;To je vrsta kukca koja obitava u Južnoj Americi, a primjenjuje se za dobivanje crvene (karmin) boje na način da se kukci utope, osuše, i nakon toga se samelju u sitan prah.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-family:trebuchet ms;" &gt;6. Ambra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Možda i ne zvuči tako strašno, no to je nusproizvod u probavnom traktu kitova ulješura.
